MICRO PULVERIZER

A built-in water circuation jacket retains grinding temperature lower than otherwise. Design provides for admitting extra air during grinding to facilitate cool operation. Soft to medium hard materials are quickly pulverized to fine powder.

Uniformly fed material undergoes a complex grinding force through attrition between liner plate & hammer tip, impact of high speed hammers and collision between particles. Bottom sieve control the particle size.

CRUSHER / LUMP BREAKER

ALFA LUMP BREAKER : are recommended to crush materials containing small percentage of lumps or agglomerates into uniform coarser material. Generally for lighter duties like mounting in-line with secondary grinding mill or deagglomeration application. A single cam shaft with bottom screen crushes material efficiently, at very low power. Consumption.

ULTRA FINE MILL

ALFA ULTRA FINE MILLS (Screenless) are precisely built for grinding of soft to medium hard materials into fine powder. Built-in water circulation jacket and additional air injection facility retains grinding temperature lower than otherwise. Feed is Controlled via screw feeder, annular gap plate controls the flow of material through the mill. The powder is discharged at the bottom opening, for collection.
